This will be the 4rd edition of our popular Root & Rise day Retreats.

This Day retreat are all about disconnecting to reconnecting. We will meet in a beautiful location in nature in Stockholm to spend a whole day slowing down together to connect to each other & to connect to ourselves.

This gathering includes: Food, Cacao, Meditation, Breathwork, Soundhealing, Inner Dance, Swims, Forest bathing and more.
